Giselle Carson is a Shareholder at Marks Gray, P.A. and a recognized business immigration and compliance attorney. A two-time immigrant, she grew up in Cuba, escaped to Canada and later immigrated to the U.S. She and her husband, Jeff, have called Jacksonville home for over 15 years. They met at McGill University in Canada and are marathoners and triathletes.

She is the author of Beyond the H-1B: A Guide to Work Visa Options. Professionally and personally, she has crossed many finish lines. She uses her experience, determination and focus to help her clients and our community achieve goals and cross finish lines.

Today, she has a unique view of immigration to the U.S. She has experienced the immigration journey personally, and has also gained valuable legal knowledge. She uses that knowledge to help employers obtain work visas and green cards to recruit, hire and invest in diverse and unique foreign talent. She helps employers fill critical jobs and gain peace of mind with the immigration process and helps immigrants achieve their dreams and contribute to our great country.

She serves and contributes to many local boards and organizations including the Jax Chamber, Jax USA Partnership, SHRM, JBA, JWLA, JWNA, Gen W, JU PPI, Leadership Florida and Leadership Jacksonville, among others. She is the Chairwoman of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority. She is a Past President of the Jacksonville Bar Association (JBA). She has received many distinguished recognitions including Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated attorney and Lawyer of the Year distinction by the Jacksonville Financial News and Daily Record.

A believer in the teamwork, self-discipline and passion required to achieve big goals, she is proud to help foster these through music and choral education. She encourages the Children of the Chorus to have courage not fear and to, one mile at a time, forge a path to their dreams!
