Virginia Hall

Senior Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement, St. Vincentís HealthCare


Virginia Hall is the Senior Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement for St. Vincentís HealthCare which handles Advocacy, Community and Strategic Partnerships, as well as Business and Civic Relationships.


Virginia is a fourth generation resident of Clay County and graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. She has also served as the Executive Director of the J.P. Hall Childrenís Charities which serves underprivileged children in Clay County as well as serving as the Managing Member for Hall Properties.


In addition to her professional experience, she has been very active in the Business and Civic Community. Virginia served six years on the Green Cove Springs City Council including being named the youngest Mayor in the history of the City. She has served on numerous boards including St. Johns Country Day School Board of Trustees, and Chairman St. Vincentís Clay County Capital Campaign Committee. She has also been appointed by the Governor to serve on the Clay County Development Authority, where she served as Chairman. Other civic duties include acting as a Board Member on the Board of Trustees of the University of North Florida and St. Johns River State College. She has also served as Director for Marketing and Media Relations for the Clay County Fair. Virginia is a member of the Board of Governors for the Jacksonville Chamber and serves on the Foundation Board of Community Hospice and Palliative Care. She has been recognized by the Florida Times Union as one of 40 Under 40 and as a Women of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal . In 2016, Virginia was selected to be part of Leadership Florida Class XXXV.


Virginia claims that she ďcanít carry a tuneĒ but believes in the benefit of music education for our children. She is proud to support the Jacksonville Childrenís Chorus and looks forward to cutting a rug in this competition and raising money in support of such a wonderful organization! Virginia is married to Mark Scruby and is the mother of three boys and three stepchildren. In her spare time, she likes to travel and read.
